• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• All prices are subject to VAT at the applicable rate
• Late payments may incur interest charges

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Termination of managed services is subject to the notice periods specified in individual service agreements.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of services.

11. Data Protection

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. We act as a data processor for client data and will enter into appropriate data processing agreements as required.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Severability
